One of the greatest honors of my life was being invited to photograph my sweet friend Lexie’s second birth. Birth is sacred, intimate, and deeply powerful, and being trusted to document such a vulnerable, meaningful moment is something I will never take lightly.

Like most births, this one didn’t go as planned — and it was still incredibly beautiful. Watching my friend go inward, summon a level of strength I’ve never witnessed before, and bring her baby into the world was nothing short of awe-inspiring. A truly beautiful day!
