I met the Tanner family at a sweet, sunlit park in Marietta to do a short, outdoor session with their new baby boy.

There’s something really special about photographing a slightly older newborns. He was past those very earliest sleepy days, already beginning to stretch out and take in the world in these wide, curious moments. Still so new, but with a little spark of personality starting to show through—the kind of stage that passes quietly, without you realizing how quickly it’s gone. And still so little!!
